alias leotard sweater to ribbed leotard

I stumbled upon leotard sweater and figured it would be an appropriate alias, with almost all entries in it being basically just ribbed leotards, unless there is a leotard somewhere that is drawn to look like a sweater but without being ribbed.

also might request appropriate implications if this alias gets approved

If anything, I'd reverse the alias. There potentially could be some visibly knit leotards that aren't ribbed.

Bringing this back since I think this tag is wholly unnecessary.
I prefer ribbed_leotard to sweater_leotard because it's unambiguous. Calling it sweater_leotard will inevitably lead to confusion about what does and does not constitute a sweater.
After gardening, leotard_sweater -ribbed_leotard has very few posts (favgroup #32173 for reference) - the first three are non-ribbed turtleneck leotards and the last one is just leotard.
I don't think there are any visibly knit leotards that aren't ribbed - I think what user 893647 is thinking of may be something like post #7277322 which is a cable knit but is also ribbed if you look closely. I don't think there's enough knitting aficionados here to get into the reeds of what is and isn't proper ribbing.
