Someone tell me why this wasnt approved after FOUR people looked at it
We need a better 'approval/disapproval reasoning' system coded with the name of the approver/disapprover, not just 'by mods' to learn their reasoning, like the appeal system.

The last thing we need is people harassing a mod because he didn't approve the mediocre pic of their waifu. It was bad enough when flagging wasn't anonymous.

Point taken and approved. But at least they should post a reason for not approving; it can be a preset list of scrolldown bar with 'grainy picture', 'bad anatomy', etc, etc. Seeing 'X moderator does not like this post enough' is both disheartening and annoying, especially if the picture is NOT that bad (by general consensus. Making it 'in my own opinion' would not end anything, proven by the quality of the uploads.)
Not a Mod, but "does not like this post enough" looks like it's just default for not doing anything. Reasoning could include letting other mods decide about it.
Not to mention the ideas in forum #11837 that will force the approvers to be more picky.
