Let's assume the skyscrapers are 100 stories tall and the sole of her foot is 20 of them on end, making her foot about 4 miles in length. Foot to height ratios for human beings is about 1/7. That makes her only 28 miles tall.
The crater she's leaving is about 1000 ft. deep, and doesn't seem to radiating much energy outward. For her size, she's fairly light. Kind of like how a 500 lbs. rock is much less voluminous than a 500. lbs. person.
If she tried really hard, she might be potentially as destructive as the combined nuclear arsenal of the entire planet, but it's basically impossible for her to kill all the dinosaurs.
Wouldnt something of her size just flatout destroy the planet?
I would estimate that at her size, it would take her the same amount of time to walk across the US as it would take for one to walk from one end of town to the other. So while she is big, she isn't that big.
From a practical standpoint, at 28 miles tall her head would be above about 99% of the mass of the atmosphere. If this giantess incarnation of her has anything like human biology, she wouldn't be able to get enough oxygen to keep a body of that size alive while standing up. o_O
Also, the ground would be deforming around her feet like a normal sized person walking in sand or some other soft material. If you get something 50% taller than the tallest mountain in the Solar System and put in on a base maybe 5 square miles in area, it's bound to make a dent in the terrain.
