It's a perspective shift to show depth as it's closer to us than the rest of her body. Granted it wasn't executed as well as it could have been (it looks like it's floating above the bed about a 1/2in higher than it should be), I can see that was what they were trying for. To be fair it's not that easy to properly convey depth. Her right leg also looks like it's half the size but her feet seem to match.
In the artist's defense (and mine, as the uploader), I just find it odd that bad perspective is reason enough to flag, yet there is a tag entirely dedicated to it, in which a good majority of those images not having gone through any reevaluation or the fact they are active at all.

Well, it's free to flag any post. And if the flagger think it should go through the queue, then it's this way. And the post has to stay on its own, even though most of the posts under this tag aren't deleted (maybe there are some that were flagged, don't know).

Isn't that called double standard? And I did my fair share of research before posting that, and a good chunk of'em never went through any review process.

In some cases this might be a double standard (maybe for not searching and flagging under this tag) but in some cases it isn't. And these cases are when the flagger thinks that the error isn't that extreme but in some cases it is.

I don't know, man. I've seen some PRETTY severe examples of similar kinds and they've been sitting on this website for years.

Old art is one thing - we can make sure the new stuff conforms to current standards.
And seriously, that hand makes me reach for the bad_anatomy tag just because the foreshortening is too great given that the rest of her arm and the bed don't match up.
