Avoided uploading from this person because they're an ai artist. Not sure to what extent the newer stuff is completely generated, but this one should be generated. Observe how the arms disappear into the sweater, how the legs start and end don't match, how random shadows appear senselessly, how hair just merges into other body parts and clothes. Also, that locker just turns into a coat.

Probably not, given that if I had to guess a majority of the sites userbase doesn't care whether or not something is AI. If an image titillates them, they upvote and/or favourite it. There's no real thought process beyond that.
By no means am I saying that's a good thing, by the way. However it is what I very strongly suspect is the way things are.

I kept thinking about why this is happening, and It might be because they look good from the thumbnail. Plus, if you visit the page for a few seconds, almost none of the weird details stand out, outside of the odd line work. But then again, images like this seem to spike in favorites and upvotes after they're tagged as Ai sooooooooo.
