The artist's enthusiasm isn't in doubt, but why go to the trouble of making this short clip, when this exactly is already in the anime with a much higher quality?

If the artist enjoys the pairing and wants to draw it, I think they should draw it. I personally welcome the fan content, and I don't think the series existing should make people not make fan content.

I understand why people have such strong feelings about this and Israeli policy towards Palestinians has long been pretty fucked up... but what does One Piece have to do with it?

People like to see the characters they care about and the principles they believe in, in alignment. That's pretty much it. Not too complicated.

    Standing against injustice and genocide

I'm not upset about hamas losing a war they started by killing toddlers. I am however upset for any civilians on either side (including those toddlers) getting caught up in this. I don't know which side is in the right, but it definitely isn't hamas.

Itโ€™s not the side dropping bombs on hospitals either.

This is kind of a dumb way to protest in general, but Luffy seems like a poor character to use in particular. He doesn't care about systemic injustice or grand causes. He only gets mad for himself or on behalf of a friend he knows on a personal level.

The only people winning are the extremists on both sides. Hamas gets all the PR they could have ever wanted to recruit more for their cause and in Israel you have extremeists who had always wanted to purge all the Palestinians finally having the fuel they wanted to justify actually doing it. The ones seeking peace were always the problem for both groups, and with these events they can finally fool people into thinking you have to choose one of their two sides.

The AI anime models have a tendency to generate this blue highlight on the hair behind the neck for some reason (maybe they think this is how backlighting works?) The way to prevent it is to put "multicolored hair" into the negative prompt. If we see this kind of highlighting on AI-assisted posts here, we should tag them with multicolored_hair too.

I like the little detail that Plato's video is 2 hours and 34 minutes long, whereas Diogenes's is 23 seconds. There must be a joke here about how it takes a lot longer to explain something than to mock it.
    And also gordon ramsey.

I think the joke is simply that Diogenes made Plato look like a fool with his "featherless biped" in literal seconds.
