Ok, now what this all about? something about fusion released in NDS?
No, it's a response to all the people throwing a fit over the fact that the's wearing "high heels". The same "high heels" that she does freaking *rocket kicks* with. I swear, some people will never be happy.

Well, one can't please everyone in a fandom. Sooner or later, they'll probably just get it over with.

People are still very, very sore about Other M, and how THAT'S the version of ZSS we're getting. Scrutiny will be extra hard for that reason, even if that farce has zero bearing on Smash's mechanics and Samus's moveset within the game.

I'll agree that in the wake of Other M, critics are saltier than usual, but we're NOT exactly getting Other M's Samus. It *does* boil down to "why did other M have to ruin everything" because heels are involved, but at least they tried their own take other than those god-awful actual platforms that can be seen in the render.
Honestly, orange would have made more sense than neon yellow (complimentary colors, orange usually associated with rockets/fire, etc.), but whatever, it doesn't really bother me. Yeah, high heels for combat are very impractical and unrealistic, but most of the shit in the Nintendo universes are unrealistic already.
